Born in 1953 in Gurahumora ( Bukovina) I am a descendant of one of the 23 Families coming from Bohemia and settled in Bori in 1785 . It is about Hellinger Family . The old house of Anna ( Nanni) Hellinger doesn't exist anymore , but the next one built in 1929 by my Grandparents Damian & Rosa Gavrilean is still in the posesion of our family . We all descendants are proud of our Bukovinian ancestors , we keep and respect their history , traditions and habits and try to preserve and transmit them to the next generation .
