Potato Dumplings

Grate raw potatoes,

put in cheese cloth and hang to dry.

Add flour sufficient to make sticky, and ball the size of lemons.

Boil in lightly salted water until done.

Serve as a side dish to fried ham or other meat. After removing the meat from the pan, lay dumplings in drippings to absorb
